Desktop, mobile, and developer tools

On this page

Use the Hub's Apps & Tools catalog to install the current Cloudgate clients and integrations. Choose the tool for the work you need to do, then sign in to the intended account and workspace.

Find the current downloads#

Open Home → Kick Start → Apps & Tools. The catalog provides the available desktop store links, mobile monitoring tools, IDE extension, SDK information, and external AI connection guidance.

Use those links for current platform availability and package versions. The catalog is the source for installation targets; copied installer URLs and version numbers in older guides can become stale.

Desktop Hub#

The Windows and macOS apps provide a native entry to the Cloudgate Hub. Install from the catalog's store link, sign in, and confirm the selected workspace.

Desktop-specific update controls appear under Settings → Updates where supported. Save work before updating and verify the app version when reporting a client-specific issue.

Mobile monitoring#

Use the available Metrics/Monitor mobile app to review dashboards, warnings, and supported app/user/support views while away from your desktop. Permissions still govern the data and actions you can access.

Confirm environment and reporting period on a small screen before interpreting a metric. Notification availability also depends on the device's permissions and the app's configured settings.

IDE and SDK tools#

The VS Code/Cursor extension connects supported development workflows to Cloudgate. Follow the catalog's installation and sign-in guidance, including any VSIX installation steps for the current package.

For application code, choose the client or React SDK appropriate to the project. For an external AI client, follow MCP setup.

Report installation problems#

Include the operating system, app/extension version, install source, error text, and whether browser sign-in succeeds. Avoid attaching tokens or complete environment files to a support request.
