Find your way around the Hub

The Hub groups tools by the work you are doing. Choose an area in the navigation rail, then use its sidebar to open a builder, resource, or operational view.

Home#

Start with Kick Start for guided setup. Use App Store and App Templates to begin with an existing app, or Pre-Built Workflows for reusable API workflows. AI Agents is also available from Home.

For a workspace-wide view, open Health, Reports, System Map, Worksheets, or Team Contributions. The System Map helps you understand how workflows, schedules, and resources connect.

Workflows#

Origin Validator manages country and IP rules. CORS Origin manages browser origins. They are separate controls.

Web Apps#

Open Web Apps to manage apps and enter a particular site's visual builder. Go to Code Editor opens the coding workspace. Releases contains app release review and rollback.

The same area contains App Users, App Roles, Identity Provider, Email Settings, App Notifications, and App User Wallet. App-user identity is distinct from the people who administer your Cloudgate account.

Settings and Support#

Settings contains your profile, linked accounts, team Users and Roles, Billing, Subscriptions, Wallet, Gateway Options, and File Manager. Desktop updates appear in the desktop application.

Support contains Ticket Tracker, All Tickets, Ticket Stats, customer and category management, Ticket Wiki, and Warning System.

If you cannot see a tool, first confirm the selected workspace and your role. Some features also depend on account configuration or the client you are using.
