Your account and profile
On this page
Use Settings to maintain your profile, linked sign-in accounts, and account preferences. Check the active workspace before changing team or subscription settings.
Get started#
Use the Cloudgate sign-up or sign-in flow and complete the verification or onboarding steps shown for your account. Once in the Hub, open Kick Start to choose a first API, app, or template.
The tools you see depend on your role and enabled account features. If you were invited to an existing workspace, confirm that you have joined the intended one before creating resources.
Update your profile#
Open Settings → Profile to review your name and available contact/account details. Keep information used for account recovery current. Use the security controls provided by the account to manage password and two-factor options.
Linked accounts#
Open Settings → Linked Accounts to inspect connected sign-in or developer identities. Review which services a link supports before removing it, especially if it is used to enter a developer workspace or identify source-control commits.
Verify an alternative sign-in method before changing the only one you use. Follow the provider's authorization flow rather than sharing credentials in a chat or ticket.
Notifications#
Use the account's available notification preferences to choose the updates you need. Account notifications, app-user notifications, and mobile device permissions are separate settings; check the relevant layer when an alert is missing.
Team access#
Administrators use Settings → Users and Settings → Roles for workspace members. Application end users are managed under Web Apps → App Users.
See team permissions, billing, and the Hub map.
