Subscriptions, billing, and wallets

On this page

Use the account's subscription and billing screens to review the current plan, paid access period, renewal state, and payment history. The live account screen is the authority for prices and available options.

Review your subscription#

Open Settings → Subscriptions for plan selection and Settings → Billing for the current agreement and its supported renewal controls.

Check the plan, billing period, provider, paid-through date, and renewal status separately. A payment-history row and an active recurring agreement are related but different records.

Complete checkout#

Follow the provider's hosted approval/payment flow and return to Cloudgate. The application waits for verified payment completion; approving an agreement alone is not the same as a confirmed payment or activated plan.

If the browser closes during checkout, inspect the current billing state before starting another purchase. Include the provider reference and time when requesting help, without sending payment credentials.

Change renewal behavior#

Use the stop/resume controls available for the active provider agreement. Review the confirmation and paid-access date before applying the change. An ended agreement may require a new subscription rather than resuming the old one.

Plan changes can involve provider approval and a later verified payment. Check the effective state shown by Billing instead of assuming that selecting a new plan immediately changes access.

Distinguish wallets#

The account's Wallet and Web Apps → App User Wallet serve different owners. Wallet availability and connection flows depend on country, provider, environment, and enabled features.

Review the selected owner and environment before connecting a wallet or initiating an operation. Use the transaction/invoice reference to investigate pending results rather than repeatedly submitting an uncertain operation.

Get help#

For a billing discrepancy, provide the workspace, plan, approximate time, invoice or provider reference, and expected versus displayed state. Use support tickets to keep the evidence and resolution together.
